Returns Policy

We accept returns/exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached.

All swimming costumes and bikini bottoms must be returned with the protective hygiene sticker intact. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and returned to you.

Items should be returned using the form provided with your original order to:

We recommend you use a trackable service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

*For hygiene reasons, Earrings or any pierced Jewellery CANNOT be returned.

For International Returns please write “Returned Merchandise” on your customs clearance form.

Once the return has been checked by us it will be refunded within 10 working days to the original payment method it was used to purchase it.

If you used a voucher or gift card you will be reissued with a new voucher.

The refund is always credited in the same currency the purchase was made in.
